Update Transaction Record

This module usually only assigned to high profile users who have the authority to amend the records, like Project Manager, Consultant or System Administrator.

The user can search the transaction records by selecting the type and reference id of instruments. After action of <Search>, a list of related results will be appeared as the diagram below.

The administrator can delete the record by clicking on the <Delete> link. However, it is strongly recommended that the records must not be deleted if it is still exist in the PPC database. The user will have to edit the record to unlock its "Locked" status so that PPC database can be updated during the process of downloading from web to PPC. The downloading process can be triggered using iMidware.

After clicking on <Edit>, the following diagram will appear. The administrator can modify the records and then click on the <Update Data> button. <Reset> button is to unlock the record status.
