Data Entry

There are always buttons located at the bottom of the diagram A which provide functions of ;

< New > is to create new record

< Edit > is to edit the record which is created without uploading to the iEngDat web server. Once the record is uploaded, user is not allowed to do edit function.

< Del > is to delete the record which is created without uploading to the iEngDat web server. Once the record is uploaded, user is not allowed to do edit function.

< RF > is to scan the ID stored inside the RFID tag which attached to the instrument. If there is problem with the tag, an error message "Error Reading RFID Tag" will appear.

< ! > is to input a note/remark for the record.

Diagram A

 

After the user click on < New > button, < Save > and < Cancel > (Diagram B) buttons appear. When user try to key in number into the field, a simple numeric pad appear which allows user to input number.
