My Group
The system administrator or manager will assign
accessing rights of modules to various parties/users in
order to gain access into iEngDat website.

In the above example, the user, Mr Ng, was
created by Dr. Indra. Click on "Add new member to this group" will allow Dr.
Indra to create parties/users, see
here.
In the following diagram, Dr. Indra can allow Mr.
Ng to access the particular when the box is checked and < Grant Access > button
is clicked.
< Add New Group Member > - When box is checked,
it allows Mr. Ng to create a user under his own group.
< iInstrument Common Reading > - When box is
checked, it allows Mr. Ng to view the transaction records.
< iInstrument Common Reading Maintenance > - When
box is checked, it allows Mr. Ng to modify the transaction records. By right,
this module can only be accessed by key person, like project manager,
consultant.
< iInstrument Common Transaction > - When box is
checked, it allows Mr. Ng to view instrument setting records.
< iInstrument Common Transaction Maintenance > -
When box is checked, it allows Mr. Ng to modify the instrument setting records.
By right, this module can only be accessed by key person, like project manager,
consultant.
< iInstrument Common Transaction Report > - When
box is checked, it allows Mr. Ng to access and download the reports.
< Maintain PDA Default Value > - When box is
checked, it allows Mr. Ng to update records for field values.
